Description

PEC H2S Clear for Energy is the leading industry-recognized

training program on the deadly threat of hydrogen sulfide (H2S).

It is a comprehensive, instructor-led, 4-hour course that arms

workers with all the crucial information and processes specific

to working in potentially deadly H2S environments.

Standardized Training


Teaches workers how to recognize the dangers of hydrogen sulfide and its sources, how to react when exposed, methods of detection, monitoring and protection, as well as rescue techniques, post-exposure evaluation and life support systems.


Regulations & Requirements


H2S Clear meets the revised standards set forth in the ANSI/ASSE Z390.1—2017, as well as includes regulations and requirements set forth by OSHA, API, Bureau of Safety & Environmental (BSEE), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Railroad Commission of Texas and various other regulatory agencies.

Testing & Certification


Instructor led interactive training and proctored testing confirms knowledge retention and live worker identification.


Training Records & Accessibility


Individual worker training records are entered and stored in the database. Both physical and digital training badges are available for work verification.

Our mobile scanning system quickly verifies workers have completed their H2S training along with other site requirements as they enter the site
